For any questions, please contact us via the contact form on this page: https://www.sparking-waves.online/contact-us
2. Scope and Acceptance
These Terms apply to all purchases made on the Sparking Waves website by any individual or legal entity ("Customer").
By completing a purchase, the Customer confirms they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Sparking Waves and the Customer for the purchase of digital content.
3. Products and Pricing
Sparking Waves offers online courses and digital learning content, available for individual purchase or as bundles. Business customers may also contact us to discuss group or multi-course packages tailored to their team's needs.
Prices are displayed in euros (€), inclusive of all applicable taxes (VAT included), and are shown on each product page at the time of purchase. Sparking Waves reserves the right to update pricing at any time. The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at the time the order is confirmed.
Business customers who contact us directly for a quote will receive a separate invoice with applicable pricing and VAT treatment.
4. Ordering and Payment
Individual customers may purchase directly on the website using a valid credit or debit card via Stripe, our secure payment provider. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
Business customers are invited to contact Sparking Waves directly via the contact form on this page: https://www.sparking-waves.online/contact-us to request a quote. Business purchases are processed by bank transfer following written agreement between the parties.
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Sparking Waves reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.
5. Access to Content
Upon confirmed payment, the Customer receives access to the purchased content. Access conditions, including duration, are specified on the relevant product page at the time of purchase.
Any updates to course content made during the Customer's active access period are included at no additional charge. Updates released after the access period has expired are not included.
Sparking Waves reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue content at any time, provided this does not materially affect the value of content already purchased.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy
In accordance with European consumer protection regulations, individual customers based in the European Union benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase.
However, by completing their purchase, the Customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that they are purchasing digital content that will be made immediately accessible upon payment confirmation. The Customer therefore expressly waives their right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
This waiver is confirmed via a dedicated checkbox at the time of checkout, which must be ticked to complete the purchase.
Outside of this provision, Sparking Waves does not offer refunds on digital content once access has been granted. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchased content, please contact us via the contact form on this page: https://www.sparking-waves.online/contact-us and we will do our best to resolve the situation promptly.

Customers are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use purchased content for their own professional development purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, resale, or public sharing of content, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Sparking Waves.
8. Liability
Sparking Waves makes every effort to ensure that its content is accurate, relevant, and up to date. However, courses are provided for informational and professional development purposes only and do not constitute professional advice.
Sparking Waves shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to access, its content.
